Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:
We do not currently provide for store pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns in line with our Refund Policy If approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@addostore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
